Af respekt for vores kunder samt vores arbejde beder vi dig venligst om at foretage eventuel afbestilling senest 24 timer før behandlingens start. 24 timersreglen er til for at vi har mulighed for at booke en ny kunde. Ved udeblivelse betales der 100% af behandlingen. Ved afbud samme dag, betales der 50 % af behandlingen. Det er ens for alle behandlinger. Afbud skal meddeles via telefon eller SMS 

Out of respect for our customers and our work, we ask you to cancel any cancellations no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment. The 24 hour rule exists so that we have the opportunity to book a new customer. In case of no-show, 100% of the treatment is paid. In case of cancellation on the same day, 50% of the treatment is paid. It is the same for all treatments. Cancellations must be notified by phone or sms
