Hozzájáruló nyilatkozat

Ezennel hozzájárulok ahhoz, hogy az alábbi személyes adataimat a Budapest ONE Business Park Well szoba naptárjában történő foglalás esetén a BP1 Első Ütem Zrt. kezelje annak céljából, hogy a Budapest ONE Irodaházban működő, „A” torony földszintjén található „WELL Szoba” megnevezésű helyiséget le tudjam foglalni, és ahhoz, hogy ezen adatfeldolgozás érdekében továbbításra kerüljenek az EasyPractice foglalási rendszer működtetőjének (EasyPractice ApS; Strandlodsvej 44, 3. sal; 2300 København S; VAT number: 35642536; Contact: kontakt@terapeutbooking.dk), amely azokat kizárólag elektronikusan kezeli és más személynek vagy félnek nem továbbítja.    

  A kezelt személyes adatok az alábbiak:

• Név
• Email cím
• Telefonszám

A mező bepipálásával kijelentem, hogy elolvastam és elfogadom a https://www.futurealgroup.com/hu/projects/budapest-one-business-park-1/ weboldalon olvasható, alább felsorolt dokumentumokban foglaltakat: 

• Adatkezelési tájékoztatót
• Házirendet, különös tekintettel a benne foglalt a Kötelezettségvállalás fejezetre

Kijelentem, hogy tisztában vagyok vele, hogy a jelen foglalási rendszerben a “Full name” mezőbe beírt név megjelenik a mindenki által elérhető naptárban (kivéve masszázs esetén), ezért oda a tevékenység nevét írtam, amiért lefoglalom a helyiséget.

Hozzájárulását bármikor visszahívhatja, ha kapcsolatba lép a WELL Roommal a bpowell@futurealgroup.com e-mail címen.

I hereby consent to the processing of the following personal data in case of a reservation in the "Budapest ONE Business Park" WELL room calendar by the  BP1 Első Ütem Zrt. for the purpose of booking the "WELL Room" on the ground floor of Tower A in the "Budapest ONE Business Park" Office Building and to be transmitted to the operator of the EasyPractice booking system (EasyPractice ApS; Strandlodsvej 44, 3. sal; 2300 København S; VAT number: 35642536; Contact: kontakt@terapeutbooking.dk), which will process them electronically only and will not transfer them to any other person or party.    

 The personal data processed are the following:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number

By ticking this box, I declare that I have read and accept the documents listed below, which can be found on the website https://www.futurealgroup.com/hu/projects/budapest-one-business-park-1/:

I declare that I am aware that in the present booking system the name entered in the "Full name" field will appear in the calendar available to all, therefore I have entered the name of the activity for which I am booking the room.
