Oplysningerne opbevares elektronisk hos Terapeut Booking (www.terapeutbooking.dk). REbrain Clinic og vores tilknyttede læger og terapeuter vil altid bede om din skriftlige samtykke til at dele disse oplysninger med tredie part. 

Tilbagetrækning af dit samtykke til behandling af dine personoplysninger
