För att kunna erbjuda dig en trygga och säkra möten och coachning behöver jag samla in och behandla vissa personuppgifter om dig. Dessa uppgifter kan inkludera namn, kontaktuppgifter, hälsouppgifter samt annan information som är relevant för din rådgivning och coachning.

Jag behandlar dina uppgifter i enlighet med gällande dataskyddslagstiftning (GDPR). Dina uppgifter används endast för:

• att administrera bokningar och kommunikation,
• att dokumentera och följa upp din coachning.

Delning av uppgifter mellan rådgivare
Om du bokar möten hos mina samarbetande rådgivare – Carina Ekelius (hälsocoach) och/eller Maria Lundin (Specialistsjuksköterska inom obstetrik och gynekologi ) – kan relevant information om din hälsa delas mellan oss för att säkerställa ett helhetsperspektiv och en samordnad rådgivning. Endast information som är nödvändig för din vård delas, och alltid under strikt sekretess.

Dina uppgifter sparas så länge som det är nödvändigt enligt lag och skyldigheter. Du har rätt att när som helst begära tillgång till, rättelse eller radering av dina uppgifter, i enlighet med GDPR.

Genom att gå vidare med din bokning bekräftar du att du tagit del av denna information och samtycker till att dina personuppgifter samlas in, behandlas och vid behov delas mellan ovan nämnda rådgivare för de ändamål som beskrivits.

Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

In order to provide you with safe and secure meetings and coachning, I need to collect and process certain personal data about you. This may include your name, contact details, health information, and other information relevant to your consultation and coaching.

I process your data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Your data will only be used for:

• administering bookings and communication,
• documenting and following up on your care.

Sharing of information between advisors
If you book appointments with our collaborating advisors – Carina Ekelius (health coach) and/or Mia Lundin (Nurse Practitioner) – relevant information about your health may be shared between us to ensure a holistic perspective and coordinated advice. Only information necessary for your care will be shared, and always under strict confidentiality.

Your data will be stored for as long as required by law and in accordance with the provider’s obligations. You have the right to request access to, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time, in accordance with GDPR.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read this information and consent to your personal data being collected, processed, and, if necessary, shared between the above-mentioned advisors for the purposes described.
