Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store your personal information to provide counselling safely and effectively, and to manage appointments through our secure system (Easy Practice).

Your information is:

• Stored securely and confidentially
• Only used for counselling-related purposes
• Not shared with third parties unless required for legal or safety reasons

Everything you discuss in counselling is confidential, unless there is a serious risk to you or others, or where required by law.

We keep your records for 6 years after counselling ends, after which they are securely deleted. You can request access to your data, corrections, or deletion at any time.

We follow GDPR and Irish data protection laws.
